1 Sky Campaign

The 1Sky campaign already had a pretty fancy Drupal website when we met them. And they had a fresh new graphic design -- on paper -- that would bring more life to their website. GJD brought the two together.

Our first task was to upgrade the Drupal software from version 5 (which at the time was just about to become obsolete) to version 6 (which was much more robust and sustainable). The more advanced back-end helped to save a lot of staff time, because it enabled them to do their administrative tasks much more quickly.

Once the new back-end was in place, we created a new custom Drupal theme which applied the fresh new design to the site. This was a marked difference to the outside world. It gave more prominence to the SkyWriter (their blog) and added a neat new image carousel, in which they could even include videos.
